We have some out of town guests next week (my husband’s brother and his wife and their two toddlers, and my husband’s cousin), so this bi-week’s meal plan is a little spendier than normal. I’m getting groceries on Friday and will update the price after I shop! Here’s my two-week meal plan.

Friday: ham/egg baked cups / leftover baked ziti / rosemary sweet-potato gnocchi, roasted carrots
Saturday: Faspa! My husband’s family tradition, consisting of cheese, sausage, buns, pickles, and peanut butter and honey. We usually serve it with seasonal fruit and wine.
Sunday: waffles
Monday: ham/egg baked cups / leftover gnocchi, carrots / leek risotto, arugula salad
Tuesday: bagel with cream cheese, english-muffin-pizza with pepperoni / leftover risotto / pork roulade, arugula salad
Wednesday: egg cups / leftover roulade / breakfast ramen
Thursday: muffins / leftovers / bangers and mash, chocolate chip banana bread
Friday: eggs and toast / leftover bangers and mash / baked ziti, purple coleslaw
Saturday: Chicken/slaw leftovers with peanut butter sauce / Faspa
Sunday: chicken/slaw leftovers with peanut butter sauce, other leftovers / waffles
Monday: muffins / pbj / Korean ground beef
Tuesday: eggs & bagel / leftover Korean ground beef / one-pot kielbasa
Wednesday: ham and egg cups / kielbasa leftovers / black bean taquitos
Thursday: breakfast burritos / taquitos leftovers / pulled pork
Friday: wing-it from whatever’s left in the pantry (chili if we get stuck)
